Introduction

Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) is an independent business unit of Economic Institute Maribor. As a non-profit institution it strives for development and training of human resources in the Podravje region and also broader.

Together with our partners we implement development projects on areas of improving population employability, local labour market development, increasing competitiveness of economy and strengthening of the support environment. We work on development and implementation of training programs, adapted to the needs of environment and by co-financing them we enable easier access to quality knowledge. We offer consultations and expert help to organisations with their human resources planning and with preparations for applying on tenders regarding to development oh human resources. Main areas of activities of HRDC are: development of the Podravje region, development of human recourses in organizations, situation of youth in the labour market, employment and equal accessibility of life-long learning and labour market, development of “third sector” (social economy).
